Who we are, and what this policy covers
Zephyx Labs LLC ("Zephyx Labs", "we") is an independent software studio in Washington State, USA. This policy covers the company pages of this website (zephyxlabs.com) and the email you send us.
Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, which explains everything that app does with data. The app's policy is the one that applies when you use the app or its website:
This website
- No cookies, no analytics scripts, no forms and no advertising.
- Every file, including the fonts, is served from zephyxlabs.com, so loading a page doesn't contact any other company.
- Our host, Cloudflare, processes visitors' IP addresses and standard request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We see only the aggregate traffic numbers in Cloudflare's dashboard. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Each app's own website, such as heavenward.app, is covered by that app's privacy policy.
When you email us
Mail sent to an @zephyxlabs.com address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in a Google mailbox. We keep your message and your address so we can answer you and follow up. Ask us to delete them and we will.
What every Zephyx Labs app follows
- No ad tracking. Our apps never track you for advertising, across other apps or websites.
- We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
Each app's own policy lists exactly what it collects and why.
Your choices and rights
Email privacy@zephyxlabs.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We reply within 30 days.
Children
This website isn't directed to children. Our rules for children who use our apps are on the Children's Privacy page.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll say so here.
