Some of our apps are made for all ages, including children who use them with a parent or guardian. This page sets out the rules every Zephyx Labs app follows, how each app handles children's information, and how a parent can reach us.
Rules every app follows
- No ads, and no behavioral advertising.
- No ad tracking, across other apps or websites.
- We never sell anyone's data.
- A neutral age question comes before any account, and there are no accounts for children under 13.
- A parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete their child's information.

Heavenward
- Without an account
- Yes, fully. Without an account, a child's progress, notes and journal stay on the device.
- Accounts
- Ages 13 and up. Before an account can be made, the app asks the birth year and keeps only whether someone is 13 or older.
- Crash reports
- Off unless someone switches them on, and even then they carry no lasting number and can't be traced to a child.

For parents and guardians
If you believe your child under 13 gave us personal information, for example by making an account, email privacy@zephyxlabs.com. We'll review it with you and delete it.
